Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free for life?
Yes. The Free plan is free for life, with no time limit and no credit card. You can use it as long as you respect the limits (5 products, 10 customers, 10 orders per month).
How can I pay my subscription?
You can pay your subscription via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Wave) through SEBPay. Payment is monthly or yearly, with no commitment.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. On upgrade, the prorata is calculated automatically. On downgrade, the change takes effect at the next cycle.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
You receive a WhatsApp and email notification when you approach the limit. If you exceed it, you can either delete old products or upgrade to the higher plan. No immediate blocking.
Do you offer a trial for paid plans?
The Free plan acts as an unlimited trial. To test Pro features, you can subscribe to the monthly Pro plan and cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund.
